We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), personalised items (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of special offers or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return has been accepted, please purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
